Robert P. Wegleitner

Robert P. Wegleitner of Huntley MT passed away on December 27, 2018, at Swedish Medical Center, Denver CO.

 
Bob was born on November 22, 1942, in Williston ND to Paul and Betty Wegleitner. He grew up in Epping N.D. and worked with his father in the construction business.  After graduating from high school  he attended trade school in Wahpeton, N.D., and later worked in California and Washington as an auto mechanic.  He served in the North Dakota National Guard from 1961 to 1966.

 
He married Sharon Roemeling on July 17, 1970. They lived in Williston ND where he owned and operated Wegleitner Construction, before moving to Huntley, MT in 2005.
 
He was proceeded in death by his father, Paul, and mother Betty; siblings: Margaret, Joseph, Wanda and Debra Ike.
 
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Sharon; his daughters Heidi Bibler (Raul A. Sanchez) of Billings, Kari Philp (Brian) of Belgrade MT, and 2 grandchildren, Ty Chandler and Josie Philp. Brothers Paul (Nicky), LaVerne (Fonda), John (Kathy), and sisters Betty Rogers (Dan), Kathleen Gartner (Leonard),  Mary Nygard (Mark), Donna Kubisiak (Leo), Lorraine Wegleitner, Karen Heller (Rod), Carol Bruce(Keith).
 
We will always be thankful for the Christmas that we had with him, he will always be our “Yahtzee King”.
 
A memorial service celebrating his life will be held on   100pm    at Smith Funeral Chapel at 925 South 27th Street in Billings MT.
